Prices listed in HKD. Our store is powered by Shopify which is level-1 PCI compliant and recognized as one of the biggest online business platform provider internationally.
Secured with a 256-bit SSL certificate, payment is safe and easy as all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted through Shopify's payment gateway.
Taxes and VAT
Displayed price is final and we do not charge any tax or hidden fees. For overseas purchase, it is recommended to check with local authorities regarding import taxes. we will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by recipient country.
Shipping (Hong Kong)
We offer FREE HONG KONG delivery on orders over $500 via Domestic Express Service, which normally takes 1-2 business days. Shipping costs $60 for orders under $500.
Shipping (International order)
International order will be shipped via Global Registered Parcel which normally takes 7-10 business days, depending on flight schedule and local transit time at the destination country.
Zone 1
Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan
Shipping cost HKD250. Free Shipping for orders over HKD800.
Zone 2
Europe, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, United States
Shipping cost HKD400. Free Shipping for orders over HKD1000.
While we do NOT charge any taxes or hidden fee, some countries charge import taxes, VAT, duties or surcharges upon receiving package. We recommend customers to check with their local authorities if there are questions regarding import fees. We will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by recipient country.
Order Tracking
Once receive an order, we will send you an email with shipment status and tracking info; depending on the destination you will be able to see status updates all the way up to delivery. We will also keep you updated by email notification at each stage of shipping.
Return and Refund
We handle all of our orders with great care and attention, sometimes though we understand your order may not be quite right for you. We will happily offer you a full refund or exchanges as long as the clothes are:
- returned to us within 10 days of purchase; and
- in its original condition and with original packing.
In the case of exchange, we do NOT charge additional postage while customer is responsible for the shipping charge back to us. Please contact us by email regarding any request on return, refund and exchange. The return policy is not applicable to underwear and sale items.
